Platform – The website and all related tools and content operated by ClearView Brokers Inc.
User – Any natural person or legal entity using the Platform, whether registered or as a guest.
Account – A personal profile created by a User to access certain features of the Services.
Services – All features, data, content, and comparison tools provided by the Platform.
Regulations – This document, the Terms of Service.

The Platform provides comparative analysis of third-party brokerage firms, including information on their fees, features, regulatory status, and service offerings. This information is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities.
Users may create a free Account to save preferences and comparisons. Pro Accounts are available via a paid subscription and offer access to more advanced tools and data.
The scope of brokers and data compared is determined by ClearView Brokers and is subject to change without notice. We do not claim to cover all available brokers in the market.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., brokerage firms). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.

To use the Platform, a User must have a device with Internet access and a modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
The User is responsible for ensuring their device and software meet these requirements. We are not liable for any issues arising from incompatible technology.
The Platform is optimized for use on standard desktop and mobile devices. Performance on other devices is not guaranteed.

The User agrees to use the Services in accordance with applicable laws and these Regulations. You must provide accurate and current information when creating an Account.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account password and for all activities that occur under their Account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The User agrees not to scrape, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform for commercial purposes without our express written permission. The content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The User must not use the Platform to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or malicious content or code. You may not interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform's infrastructure.
The User acknowledges that all investment decisions carry risk, and ClearView Brokers is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of using our informational Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Regulations at any time. We will notify Users of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Regulations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes arising from these Regulations will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia.
